Student Employment Week

During National Student Employment Week, the University of Dayton joins colleges and universities across the country in recognizing the importance of the student work experience.

In recognition of the valuable contributions they make, we celebrate our student employees during National Student Employment Week. 

                                          2024 Celebrations- Fly't Crew 2024

FUNDAY MONDAY: April 15 at Career Services (Alumni House), 11 AM to 1 PM

Monday is officially FUNDAY! 

• Student Employees and their supervisors can enjoy free Cheryl's cookies. 
• FREE Fly't Crew 2024 t-shirts to the first 125 student employees. Must bring your UD student ID to verify. 

STANDER SYMPOSIUM: April 17

Join in the University of Dayton's annual celebration of student research, creativity, and discovery. Check out the Stander Symposium schedule that includes multiple opportunities to support students, explore other disiciplines and topics, and engage with our mission as a Catholic and Marianist University.

UD CANDYLAND: April 19 at Career Services (Alumni House), 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Career Services transforms into Candyland! Student employees and their supervisors are invited to a candy buffet- hosted by everyone's favorite student employee, RUDY FLYER!

• FREE selfies with Rudy - bring your supervisor along and make it a fun group photo
• FREE Fly't Crew 2024 t-shirts to the first 125 student employees. Must bring your UD student ID to verify. 
• The magic continues with FREE Career Services color changing cups filled with candy- How sweet it is to be a UD student employee!

STUDENT EMPLOYEE OF THE DAY: Each day during Student Employment Week, an active student employee will be randomly selected to win a gift basket of snacks and UD swag. The daily winner will be contacted by email. 

STUDENTS: Supervisor Shout-Out

Do you have an awesome supervisor who you would like to show your appreciation? Well now is your chance! 

Use the Google Form to let them know. We will share your thanks with them and one lucky supervisor will be selected to receive a special prize package. 

DEPARTMENTS: Cheer on UD's Fly't Crew

Celebrate the important contributions your student employees make as UD Fly't Crew members. Decorate your offices, bring in treats, send thank you notes - Permission is granted to be CREATIVE!
