A Carol a Day

By Father Johann Roten, S.M.

The First Noel

English carol from early period. This is the Cornish version, 1823

And by the light of that same star
Three Wisemen came from country far;
To seek for a King was their intent,
And to follow the star wherever it went.
Noel, Noel, Noel, Noel!
Born is the King of Israel!
