Finals Week Events

Happiness is … finals week at UD

“And the angel said unto them, ‘Fear not, for behold, I bring you tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people,’” quoted Linus van Pelt from the Gospel of Luke as he explained the real meaning of Christmas in the 1965 animated classic A Charlie Brown Christmas.

For fall 2016 finals week, Roesch Library is bringing tidings of great joy, too — and pizza, tea, coffee, cookies, chair massages, cuddly dogs and much, much more.

Open around the clock since Dec. 4, Roesch Library implores students, “Fear not,” just like the angel said. They can take a study break anytime in the first-floor lobby starting Sunday, Dec. 11, with encouraging and inspiring coloring pages and a Peanuts-inspired photo-booth station, complete with Snoopy’s doghouse and festive Charlie Brown props.

Here’s the entire slate of activities the Library offers to help students get through the most stressful stretch of the academic term.
