Dining Services

For seven consecutive years, the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) has awarded the University of Dayton Dining Services in such categories as 'Best of the Best Retail Operations,' 'Retail Sales (Multiple Concepts/Marketplace)' and 'Special Events.'

There are no all-you-care-to-eat dining facilities located on campus. The University of Dayton Dining Services, instead, offers a variety of fresh, locally sourced ingredients and Certified Fair Trade products throughout each dining venue. 

The University of Dayton Dining Services' state-of- the- art facilities give students, faculty and staff the full dining experience including receiveing items fresh and made- to- order. 

The University of Dayton Dining Services has been a leader in  sustainability for over 10 years. With this, each dining facility uses compostable products for both in- house packaging and carry - out containers.

In addition to composting products, each dining facility also recycles bottles, cans and cardboard. Dining Services employees are properly trained to sort materials to ensure accurate disposal.

The University of Dayton Dining Services proudly supports the institution's commitment to healthy living, serving a variety of locally grown and sourced as well as fair trade products throughout campus dining facilities!
