Action

The Center provides actionable steps and opportunities to be engaged in social justice work with a gender focus, including professional development opportunities for students and employees.

Caregiving, Pregnancy & Parenting
The Women's Center strives to make UD as inclusive and supportive as possible for all students, faculty, staff, and university guests who are parents or caregivers of any kind. This includes providing lactation rooms for mothers to breastfeed or pump, advocating for and/or responding to felt needs related to caregiving, along with ongoing policy recommendations and evaluation of current services that foster a diverse and equitable campus community.

Student Involvement
There are lots of ways students can get involved in the Women's Center! In addition to the programs and workshops our staff can present for classes and student organizations, students can serve on the SAGE executive board or make use of our lounge, library and conference space to study, connect with interest groups, or host gatherings that foster equity and inclusivity for our campus community!
