The Supervisory Leadership Certificate Program is a 10-day leadership development program presented over six months for leaders in public, private and not-for-profit organizations. This interactive program helps new and experienced front line leaders develop skills those critical skills necessary to maximize individual and team performance.

Participants leave this program with a solid foundation that can immediately be applied into their workplace. Upon completion of the program, leaders also receive two additional days of training through our Professional Development programs.

This program is ideal for new or experienced supervisors or individuals preparing for a leadership role. You will address your unique needs through assessments, discussion and exercises that can be immediately implemented back in the workplace, gaining the tools needed in order to be a successful leader.

The Supervisory Leadership certificate program is open to: 

  • Employees of UDCL partner organizations - $4,000 
  • Others – $4,300

The Supervisory Leadership Certificate program includes 10 days of leadership development training, leadership assessments, including a 360-degree feedback assessment, a formal mentoring program, all materials, and breakfast and lunch each day. Participants can attend two additional days of Professional Development programs at no additional cost upon completion of this program to further assist in their development.
