Emerson Innovation Center

Emerson Innovation Center The Emerson Climate Technologies' multi-million dollar research facility on the University of Dayton campus will be an "incubator of ideas," according to a recent interview with Dean Rojas. Despite the weather, the project is on schedule. The new Emerson Innovation Center, also referred to as "The Helix," is slated to open in late 2015 and will meet the criteria to be LEED certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. Click hear to view the WHIO report and interview.
